1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the viewing rooms and acquiring pieces from MCE Gallery, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Our gallery operates as an exclusive provider of 1/1 digital fine art canvases, curated for discerning collectors.

2. Acquisitions and Valuations

All investments listed are in USD. MCE Gallery reserves the right to adjust valuations for future collections based on artistic evolution and market demand. Once an acquisition is finalized and the 1/1 canvas is dispatched, the specific edition is permanently retired from our active portfolio.

3. Intellectual Property

While the physical canvas and its corresponding Certificate of Authenticity become the sole property of the collector, the foundational copyright and intellectual property of the digital matrix remain with MCE Gallery and its creator. Commercial reproduction of the acquired piece is strictly prohibited.
