1. Bespoke Acquisitions & Finality
At MCE Gallery, we do not operate on a standard transactional model. Every masterpiece is acquired through a dedicated, one-on-one private consultation. Because we work intimately with our collectors to ensure the 1/1 digital canvas perfectly aligns with their vision and architectural space prior to acquisition, all sales are strictly final. Once a piece is certified and dispatched, it cannot be returned or refunded. This ensures the absolute integrity, exclusivity, and uncompromised provenance of every edition.
2. Transit Assurance & Exceptions
We stand firmly by our global white-glove logistics. The only exception to our final sale policy is in the highly unlikely event of transit damage. If your museum-grade archival tube and canvas arrive compromised, you must contact our Concierge within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide comprehensive photographic evidence of both the packaging and the artwork. Upon verification, we will personally ensure a flawless resolution—either through a meticulous replacement of the physical canvas or an appropriate restorative measure—to uphold our unwavering standard of excellence.
